  6. Login to your account and upload your verification documents in settings>verification to complete your profile registration.
  7. Wait for profile approval, Once approved, you have to upload your logo, cover and details and than start selling.

There are two major ways to verify your accounts.

  1. Upload your National ID card.
  2. Upload your passport.

This can be becaus of two reasons.

  1. Account is not yet enabled for selling.
  2. Verification documents are not approved yet.

You can contact Mr.Jhoolaylaal, if your account application is pending for more than 3 working days.

Product & Order

There are three ways to ask a question about a product ?

  1. Open a product > Product Enquiry > Fill Required Information & Enquiry Question > Submit.
  2. Contact Seller.
  3. Contact Mr. Jhoolaylaal

We are currently offering COD(Cash on Delivery) method only.

To cancel your order you will have to cancel before it’s shipped, else you can return after it’s delivered.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your order by logging in to your account > orders > cancel order.

How to Change: We don’t have any method to change your order yet, you can simply return your order, than refund your amount into your wallet and shop again.

Our address is added with the shipping address attached to you Package, You just have to return it to any nearest TCS Shop and ask the agent to return it to Mr. Jhoolaylaal.

You can track your order from Footer menu > Track my Order > Enter Details > Track my Order.

Normally it takes 3-5 working days to receive a parcel but if there is any political of countrywide issues going on with, it can take longer than that. Although We will try our best to reach out to you ASAP.

  2. Mr. Jhoolaylaal’s own delivery service. (Currently available in Mianwali City only).

Once product is successfully received by Mr. Jhoolaylaal when your return it, Mr. Jhoolaylaal will Inspect the product whether product is refunable or not, this depends on return policy.

If product is refundable, within 15 days you will receive a call from us to ask about your JazzCash or Easypaisa account/details to easily return your refunded amount.
